What you earn
Flat pay per shift, agreed before you accept
Every shift lists a fixed amount, hours, whether a meal is provided and any transport allowance. These are the typical ranges for the six most common roles.

Browse events that are hiring and open shifts, or accept an invitation. Pay, hours, venue and dress code are fixed before you say yes.

Scan the code at the venue. Your hours are timestamped, so there is nothing to argue about later.

Get paid and rated
MTN MoMo or Airtel Money within 48 hours of approval. Every rating adds to a profile employers trust.
Reputation
Your reputation travels with you
A good shift at one hotel should count at the next one. On GigSyc it does: your ratings, reliability score and verified hours are one profile every employer sees.

Verified once, trusted everywhere
Five checks, done once when you join. Employers see a single Verified mark; you never re-send documents for each shift.

Payments
Paid to mobile money within 48 hours
You check out, the supervisor approves the hours the next morning, and the payout is scheduled. No envelopes, no chasing.
- Paid to MTN MoMo or Airtel Money within 48 hours of the employer approving your hours
- A reference number for every payout, visible in Earnings
- No fees deducted — the amount on the shift is the amount you receive
Payout number must match the phone number verified on your profile. You can change it in Settings before a shift, never during one.
What you need to join
- Rwandan National ID or a passport with a valid permit
- 18 years or older
- A phone number registered to MTN MoMo or Airtel Money
- One reference from a previous employer, teacher or supervisor (recommended, not required)
